That is why we are sending out a strong signal: to make it easier for you to get back into trade fair events, we are offering all exhibitors a one-off 15% transport logistic discount on all hall and open-air areas (track, yard and advertising spaces are excluded) or 5% on shell schemepackage. Your admission invoice will already include this discount, having an immediate positive effect on your trade fair budget.
Extended period for stand confirmation
Apart from the financial advantage, you need more time for preparation. To fulfill this request, we have adapted our schedule for you. You will receive your placement proposal from mid-November. New for you: deadline for confirmation is January 14, 2021! When confirming/accepting your placement proposal, the registration becomes binding for your company. The admission invoice will be sent in February; payment deadline will be March 9, 2021.
