Participating as a co-exhibitor is generally possible. Participation is, however, subject to Messe München GmbH’s prior authorization. The permission to participate may be granted only if the co-exhibitor would also be eligible to participate as an exhibitor.

The main exhibitor authorizes the co-exhibitor to act as co-exhibitor on its booth, confirming that the co-exhibitor will be represented by personnel and with own offers, rights or services.The exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that its co-exhibitors and other companies it represents comply with the General Terms of Participation A, Special Terms of Participation (B), the Technical Guidelines as well as the instructions of the Exhibition Management.

The exhibitor is liable for the debts and negligence of its co-exhibitors as if they were its own. The participation of firms as additionally represented companies is not possible. For each co-exhibitor without Messe München GmbH's admission, Messe München GmbH is entitled to demand a penalty charge of € 500 from the exhibitor.

Co-exhibitors must be registered by the main exhibitor and will be contacted by Messe München GmbH and NEUREUTER FAIR MEDIA (our Media Services partner) directly. The main exhibitor receives an appropriate link which can be used to apply as co-exhibitor on its stand. 

By passing on the link, the main exhibitor authorizes the co-exhibitor to exhibit on its stand. The main exhibitor hereby confirms that the co-exhibitor will be represented by personnel and with own offers, rights or services.

Access to the Exhibitor Shop
In January 2023, co-exhibitors will receive their own access link to the Exhibitor Shop by e-mail.

Mandatory communication fee
Co-exhibitors receive the same media services as the main exhibitors.
The mandatory communication fee for co-exhibitors, the free basic entries in the online exhibitor directory and visit planner including the entries in the online directories “product groups”, “industry sectors” and “logistical economic areas” as well as the internet listing in the sections "press and exhibitor event calender".

Our media service partner NEUREUTERFAIR MEDIA is your contact, also for additionally desired (chargeable) entries.

Exhibitor passes
Co-exhibitors are entitled to one free exhibitor pass.

All exhibitor passes, whether free or those subject to a fee, have to be personalized in the Exhibitor Shop. The exhibitor passes will be sent via e-mail. When placing your order, there is no need to differentiate between free passes and those subject to a fee. On your final invoice, you will only be billed for exhibitor passes that were actually used during the fair.

Both the registration and mandatory communication fee will be invoiced to the main exhibitor. Co-exhibitors receive no admission invoice. As soon as the main exhibitor has paid the admission invoice, the co-exhibiting companies are admitted. There are two options for the final invoice:

Option 1: Invoicing to the main exhibitor
The final invoices for co-exhibiting companies are sent to the billing address of the main exhibitor.

Option 2: Invoicing to each co-exhibitor individually
Final invoices for the co-exhibiting companies are sent to the billing address of the co-exhibiting companies. The billing address for co-exhibitors is entered as part of the application process for co-exhibitors.

IMPORTANT: Please decide until May 9, 2023 at the latest which option we shall use to invoice our services.

There are two options for co-exhibitors to correspond with Messe München GmbH, which the main exhibitor can choose during registration.

Option 1: Correspondence to main exhibitor
Correspondence about matters concerning the co-exhibitors shall be sent to the main exhibitor.

Option 2: Correspondence to co-exhibitor
Correspondence about matters concerning the co-exhibitors shall be sent directly to the co-exhibiting companies. The correspondence address is retrieved in connection with the co-exhibitor registration.
